This dataset is compiled by collecting data such as patent applicants, legal status, technical subject classification, and number of simple patent family members in the field of automobile tie rods. It mainly includes invention patents and utility model patents related to automobile tie rods from the global patent database. First, the keyword "automobile tie rod" is used for screening to extract relevant patent data, then proprietary algorithms are applied to evaluate and classify the patent data. This dataset can be used to track changes in patent data related to automobile tie rods, helping understand the achievements of intellectual property work in this field. By comparing the patent data of different enterprises or individuals regarding automobile tie rods, one can analyze their technological innovation capabilities and differences in innovation levels. Additionally, it can reveal the technological development trends of automobile tie rods, assisting enterprises in avoiding redundant R&D and intellectual property infringement risks when developing their own technologies.
1. Data Source: Data originates from invention patents and utility model patents related to automobile tie rods in the global patent database.
2. Data Collection: The target layer of this dataset is patent technological relevance. The indicator layer divides the patent technological relevance index system into five value dimensions: market, technology, law, strategy, and economy. Patents related to automobile tie rods are retrieved, and the indicator layer is further subdivided into criterion layers as follows:
- Technological value: Number of IPC classifications, number of cited patents, authorized years
- Economic value: Remaining valid years, number of patent pledge instances
- Legal value: Number of claims, number of pages of patent documents
- Strategic value: Number of inventors, number of simple patent family members
- Market value: Number of technical subject classifications, patent type, whether the patent belongs to strategic emerging industries
3. Data Analysis: This dataset adopts the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, and divides technological relevance into three levels from high to low: A (high relevance), B (moderate relevance), and C (low relevance). The comprehensive scoring criteria are specified as follows:
- Level A: Strategic value ≥ 50 points, Economic value ≥ 20 points, Market value ≥ 50 points, Legal value ≥ 60 points, and Technological value ≥ 30 points
- Level B: 40 ≤ Strategic value < 50 points, Economic value ≥ 20 points, Market value ≥ 30 points, Legal value ≥ 70 points, and Technological value ≥ 30 points
- Level C: All other scenarios
4. Data Application: It provides R&D decision-making basis and priority reference for technology avoidance for technical personnel in this field.
