Dynamic Pax3:Foxo1a expression of alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma

To define the specific function of Pax3:Foxo1a in G2/M stage, we compared whole mRNA expressions of mouse alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma tumor cells in G2/M stage (4N) with or without Pax3:Foko1a knockdown (si_YFP or si_control). The exerimental plan will include triplicate samples for sorted cells at G1/G0 (2N) and G2/M (4N) and dupicate samples for S (3N) phase cells for a total of 16 samples.

为明确Pax3:Foxo1a在G2/M细胞周期时相的具体功能，我们对比了分别经Pax3:Foko1a敲降（si_YFP或si_control）与未敲降的小鼠肺泡横纹肌肉瘤肿瘤细胞在G2/M期（4N）的全mRNA表达谱。本实验方案将包含G1/G0期（2N）与G2/M期（4N）分选细胞的三组生物学重复样本，以及S期（3N）细胞的两组生物学重复样本，总计16份样本。
