1. 本研究中，通过间接免疫荧光法2（IFA2）测定人类疱疹病毒6型（Human Herpesvirus 6，HHV-6）IgG滴度；针对本研究使用的供体，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay，ELISA）检测其人类巨细胞病毒（Human Cytomegalovirus，HCMV）IgG血清学状态，并同步测定其DRB1单倍型与血清学状态。
