<b>Dataset shared in conjunction with the publication titled "</b><b>FaCT-GS:</b><b> Fast and Scalable CT Reconstruction with Gaussian Splatting"</b>Paper | Project page This dataset is a collection of volumes and projections based mostly on various publicly available repositories, combined here for convenience. Unless otherwise specified, the data is shared under the CC-BY 4.0 License.Original data references:Folders <i>synthetic_dataset</i> and <i>real_dataset</i> are directly copied from the r2-gaussian project (paper,code,data). 本数据集汇集了基于多个公开可用仓库的体数据与投影数据，为方便科研使用在此整合完成。除非另有说明，本数据集采用知识共享署名4.0（CC-BY 4.0）国际许可协议共享。

#### 原始数据来源说明
文件夹`synthetic_dataset`与`real_dataset`直接复制自r2-gaussian项目（含论文、代码与数据）。该项目包含多源扫描数据集：
1. `synthetic_dataset`文件夹包含基于以下数据源生成的体数据与合成投影数据：
- LIDC-IDRI：对应子文件夹`0_chest_cone`
- SciVis（采用GNU通用公共许可证v3.0协议）：对应子文件夹`0_foot_cone`、`0_head_cone`、`0_jaw_cone`、`1_beetle_cone`、`1_bonsai_cone`、`1_kingsnake_cone`、`2_backpack_cone`、`2_engine_cone`、`2_mount_cone`、`2_present_cone`、`2_teapot_cone`
- Pancreas-CT：对应子文件夹`0_pancreas_cone`
- X-Plant（采用ODC-By v1.0许可协议）：对应子文件夹`1_brocolli_cone`、`1_pepper_cone`
2. `real_dataset`文件夹包含源自FIPS数据集的CT扫描数据。

`coral_dataset`文件夹包含基于本团队自有单份珊瑚扫描数据生成的体数据与合成投影数据。
`warmstart_dataset`文件夹包含源自RPLHR-CT数据集的胸部CT扫描对及其合成投影数据。
`init_dataset`文件夹汇集了多源数据集：
- 两份脑部扫描（子文件夹`brain_cone`）与两份胰腺扫描（子文件夹`pancreas1_cone`），其对应的合成投影基于Medical Segmentation Decathlon数据集生成，采用知识共享署名-相同方式共享4.0（CC BY-SA 4.0）国际许可协议共享。
- 两份核桃扫描及其对应合成投影（子文件夹`walnut_1_cone`）：其中一份源自FIPS数据集（复制自`synthetic_data`文件夹），另一份源自HDTomo数据集。
- 两份蟋蟀扫描及其对应合成投影（子文件夹`crick_1_cone`），源自BugNIST数据集。

`teaser_figure`文件夹提供了用于制作论文示意图的单份扫描数据源：
- `0_chest_cone`子文件夹：复制自`synthetic_dataset`文件夹（原始数据源为LIDC-IDRI）
- `coral_1k_cone`子文件夹：复制自`coral_dataset`文件夹
- `walnut_dtu_512_cone`子文件夹：包含基于HDTomo数据集生成的CT扫描数据与合成投影数据。
