Grammar-based reduction for toolmark analysis

This study analyses PDF documents, employing a grammar-based reduction method with the intent of aiding examiners in identifying toolmarks left by the software that created the files. This research contributes to FDDE methodologies. Stored in this repository are the files that were subjected to toolmark analysis, the spreadsheets used to navigate them, and the most important scripts used to process them, as well as the compiled toolmark profiles for each of the tools that were specifically examined.

本研究针对PDF文档展开分析，采用基于语法的约简方法，旨在协助检验人员识别生成该文件的软件所遗留的工具痕迹（toolmarks）。本研究为FDDE方法论体系提供了有益支撑。本仓库中存储了经工具痕迹分析的文件、用于浏览这些文件的电子表格、用于处理这些文件的核心脚本，以及针对所有经专门检验的工具编译得到的工具痕迹特征集。
