Selection and calculation of rupture discs in vacuum chamber overpressure protection system of China Fusion Engineering Experimental Reactor

According to the relevant standards, the bursting discs in the vacuum chamber overpressure protection system (VVPSS) of the fusion device were selected. In combination with the working requirements of VVPSS, the design and calculation of bursting discs were completed, and it was preliminarily obtained that the diameter of bursting discs was 882mm and the thickness was 1mm. The structure of various types of bursting discs is analyzed and compared by using the finite element analysis software.

依据相关标准，选取了聚变装置真空室超压保护系统（VVPSS）中的爆破片。结合VVPSS的工作需求，完成了爆破片的设计与计算，初步确定爆破片直径为882mm、厚度为1mm。采用有限元分析软件，对多种类型爆破片的结构开展了分析与对比。
