Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of heat map, KEGG classification and cellular pathways enrichment. The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived transcriptome of hippocampus tissue among three group: contralateral and ipsilateral hippocampus in wild type (WT) mice and ipsilateral hippocampus in IL-17 knock out (KO) mice.

下一代测序(Next-generation sequencing, NGS)已极大革新了热图(heat map)分析、京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)分类及细胞通路富集等系统层面的分析。本研究旨在比较三组样本的NGS衍生海马组织转录组:野生型(WT)小鼠的对侧海马与同侧海马,以及白细胞介素17(IL-17)基因敲除(KO)小鼠的同侧海马。
