Site Data from an Archaeological Evaluation at Storey Mews, Malmesbury, Wiltshire 2021

This collection comprises site data (images and GIS) from an archaeological evaluation of land off Storey Mews, Malmesbury, Wiltshire In November 2021, undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology. A total of eight trenches were excavated. The evaluation identified a small number of ditches and pits containing 11th to 13th-century pottery, and extensive evidence of ridge and furrow cultivation.

本数据集包含2021年11月由科茨沃尔德考古事务所（Cotswold Archaeology）对威尔特郡马姆斯伯里市斯托里巷（Storey Mews）周边地块开展考古评估所获取的现场数据（图像与地理信息系统（GIS）数据）。本次评估共开挖8条探沟，发现少量沟渠与坑穴，其内出土11至13世纪的陶器，同时还发现了大量垄沟耕作的遗迹证据。
