The Ministry Survey in 2006 was conducted as a web-based survey among the different ministries in Norway. The questions deal with aspects of working methods, personnel, and decision making. The implementation is done through selection of appropriate response options in web questionnaire. Similar surveys were first conducted in 1976, and the 2006 edition is the third time it is implemented. The execution of the survey is being managed by NSD, but preliminary work is a collaboration between the University of Bergen, ARENA and the University of Oslo.
