This dataset provides comprehensive resources for analyzing molecular clocks, reticulation events (chronogram), and whole genome duplication (WGD) timing across Rosids species. It includes configuration files, dated trees, and other relevant documentation necessary for reproducing and extending the analyses and detailed material and methods please refer to our paper:
Config_file_chronogram_molecular_dating_for_species_tree: configuration file for constructing a time-calibrated species tree (chronogram) using fossil calibrations and molecular data.
WGD_dating_config_files: configuration files for dating Whole Genome Duplication (WGD) events.
WGD_dated_trees: dated phylogenetic trees focused on identifying and timing WGD events within the species' evolutionary history.
Reticulation_dating_config_files: configuration files for molecular dating analyses that account for reticulation events such as hybridization and incomplete lineage sorting (ILS).
Reticulation_dated_OG_trees: dated orthologous gene (OG) trees reflecting the timing of reticulation events, including hybridization and ILS.
