In this experiment, we sought to identify how the distribution of CTCF, MAZ, PATZ1, RAD21 change in WT and PATZ1 KO mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs). Overall design: Examination of CTCF, MAZ, PATZ1, and RAD21 binding in embryonic stem cells using ChIP-seq, by status of WT and PATZ1 KO.
本实验旨在探究野生型(Wild Type, WT)与PATZ1基因敲除(Knock Out, KO)小鼠胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells, ESCs)中CTCF、MAZ、PATZ1、RAD21的分布变化情况。实验整体设计:采用染色质免疫共沉淀测序(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing, ChIP-seq)技术,基于野生型与PATZ1基因敲除的细胞状态,检测小鼠胚胎干细胞内CTCF、MAZ、PATZ1及RAD21的结合状况。
