AMMONIUM OXIDIZING CAPACITY OF A BIOFLOC AND THE PREDICTIONS OF THEIRS METABOLIC FUNCTIONAL PROFILES

It is expected to evaluate the effect of the maturation process of biofloc in shrimp (L. vannamei) culture, as well as to determine the effect of a starter culture for the generation and maturation of a new biofloc, and to identify its bacterial communities and classify those involved in the processes related to nitrogen metabolism through the functional predictions.
