为探究产后侧脑室室管膜下区（V-SVZ）中4E-T的靶标，我们针对V-SVZ裂解物使用抗4E-T抗体或对照抗IgG抗体开展RNA免疫沉淀测序（RIPseq），并对所得RNA进行分离与测序。
实验整体设计：从出生后第7/8天（P7/P8）的CD1品系小鼠中采集室管膜下区（SVZ）组织并裂解，使用抗4E-T抗体与抗IgG对照抗体分别进行免疫沉淀实验，随后分离得到结合的信使RNA（mRNA）。
