Data from this project are mostly in excel files in a table format. These data comprise e.g. - pseudonymized medical data from patient samples (age, sex, type of tumor, BRAF mutation status as determined by NGS, tumor tissue % in biopsy, grade, TNM, therapy, etc.) - digital PCR data - data for calculating receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves - images showing gel electrophoresis of various samples under various experimental conditions - optical density tables - statistical data and tests (to show method accuracy, specificity, sensitivity etc.) - electrochemical data in a form of electric current values for each sample (replicate values) in various experimental setups (optimization studies, calibration plots, real sample analysis etc.) and their graphical visualization
