Epigenomic profiling of SETX and Rloops in meiotic germ cells by CUT&Tag

SETX is a DNA/RNA helicase that resolves R-loop, and lack of SETX in germ cells causes meiotic arrest. To investigate roles of SETX in transcription during meiosis, we perfomred CUT&Tag of SETX and R-loops using antibodies against them. Overall design: CUT&Tag for SETX and R-loop in pachytene spermatocytes.

SETX是一种可解离R环（R-loop）的DNA/RNA解旋酶，生殖细胞内SETX的缺失会导致减数分裂阻滞。为探究SETX在减数分裂过程中转录调控中的功能，我们使用针对SETX和R环的特异性抗体，对二者分别开展了CUT&Tag实验。整体实验设计：以粗线期精母细胞为实验材料，针对SETX与R环实施CUT&Tag检测。
