Here, we assessed the stroke pathology of popular genetic immunodeficient mouse models using NOD scid gamma (NSG) and recombination activating gene 2 (Rag2–/–) mice as well as pharmacologically immunosuppressed mice and compared them to immune competent, wildtype (WT) C57BL/6J mice three weeks after injury. We compared gene expression differences after photothrombotic stroke at 21 days after injury in the injured brain regions of NSG, Rag2, WT-Tacrolimus, WT mice.

本研究针对多款主流遗传免疫缺陷小鼠模型的卒中病理特征开展评估,所纳入的模型包括NOD scid gamma(NSG)小鼠、重组激活基因2敲除(Rag2–/–)小鼠及药物免疫抑制小鼠,并以免疫健全野生型(wildtype, WT)C57BL/6J小鼠作为对照,所有受试对象均在卒中损伤造模后3周完成检测。随后,本研究对比了造模后21天时,光血栓性脑卒中损伤脑区内NSG、Rag2–/–、WT-他克莫司(WT-Tacrolimus)及野生型小鼠的基因表达差异。
