本研究通过分析醋酸脱氧皮质酮(deoxycorticosterone acetate, DOCA)盐诱导大鼠的肾脏miRNA微阵列谱(miRNA microarray profile),筛选得到与上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT)相关的特异性miRNA表达特征。实验设计:对接受醋酸脱氧皮质酮注射并辅以高盐饮食干预8周的DOCA盐诱导大鼠,设置是否给予细胞外囊泡(Extracellular Vesicles, EVs)处理的两组样本,并以肾切除(UNX)动物与假手术(SHAM)动物作为对照,对其分离得到的肾皮质组织进行比对分析。
