We performed a systematic analysis of sRNAs by RNA-seq in A. actinomycetemcomitans strain HK1651, which is a clinical isolate from an aggressive periodontitis patient and is one of the JP2 clone isolates.

本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）对伴放线聚集杆菌（A. actinomycetemcomitans）HK1651菌株的小RNA（sRNAs）开展了系统性分析。该菌株为侵袭性牙周炎患者的临床分离株，同时属于JP2克隆株的分离株之一。
