Agro_AD1526_GFP-VirB11 (Cb+Kan+AS plates, Mes pH5.8). Add 200 ul of induction media to one of the induction plate (containing lawn of Agrobacterium AD1526) and wash the plate by gently rolling the liquid. Take this liquid and add to the other plate. Repeat the same. This should get enough cells dissolved in the liquid.Add gold to this: 1ul of gold to 4 ul of cells.

本实验所用菌株为Agro_AD1526_GFP-VirB11，其培养所用平板为含羧苄青霉素（Cb，Carbenicillin）、卡那霉素（Kan，Kanamycin）、乙酰丁香酮（AS，Acetosyringone），且以pH 5.8的吗啉乙磺酸（MES，2-(N-Morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid）缓冲的平板。向一块带有农杆菌AD1526菌苔的诱导平板中加入200 μL诱导培养基，通过轻轻晃动平板使液体滚动以洗脱平板表面的菌体。将该菌体洗脱液转移至另一块平板，重复上述操作。经此操作可获得足够量的菌体悬浮液。向该悬浮液中加入金颗粒：每4 μL菌体悬浮液对应添加1 μL金颗粒。
