CONSORTIUM VE303 phase 2 study stool metagenomes

Stool metagenomes from the patients enrolled in the VE303 phase 2 CONSORTIUM Study. The goals of these sequences are to characterize VE303 strain colonization dynamics and microbiota community composition in CDI patients.
