本数据集包含两项基因表达相关研究:其一为对经或未经过氧化氢(H₂O₂)及胶原三肽(Collagen tripeptide, CTP)处理的原代培养人主动脉内皮细胞(human aortic endothelial cells, HAECs)与原代培养人主动脉平滑肌细胞(smooth muscle cells, SMCs)开展基因表达分析;其二为对体外培养的人心内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞,经或未经过氧化氢(H₂O₂)与胶原三肽(CTP)处理后的基因表达谱进行分析。
