การพัฒนาเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราช

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราช และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราชกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 คน 2) พยาบาลผู้ดูแลมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราช จำนวน 71 คน และ 3) มารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราช ในปี 2556 จำนวน 100 คน โดยเลือกจากมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราช แบบเป็นระบบ คือ เลือกคนที่ 5 ไปจนครบ 100 คนเครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานแบบปลายเปิด และ 2) แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมของเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานที่เข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลศิริราชแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน มัธยฐาน พิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ความเที่ยง และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ เกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ เกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะด้านความตระหนัก และ เกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการสอน และ 2) คุณภาพของเกณฑ์ประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน พบว่า (1) ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .913 และ (2) เมื่อนำเกณฑ์การประเมินสมรรถนะพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานทั้ง 3 ด้าน ไปใช้กับกลุ่มพยาบาลผู้ดูแลมารดากลุ่มที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานและกลุ่มมารดาที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน มีความเหมาะสมทุกด้าน || The purposes of this research were (1) to develop criteria for assessment ofnurse’s competency in enhancing learning of diabetes mothers receiving services atSiriraj Hospital; and (2) to validate the developed criteria for assessment of nurse’scompetency in enhancing learning of diabetes mothers receiving services at SirirajHospital.The research sample consisted of 17 experts, 71 nurses in charge ofdiabetes mothers receiving services at Siriraj Hospital, and 100 diabetes mothersreceiving services at Siriraj Hospital selected by a systematic sampling. The employedresearch instrument included the open-ended questionnaire designed to collect data toestablish criteria for assessment of nurse’s competency in enhancing learning ofdiabetes mothers, and the 5-point rating scale questionnaire designed to validatecriteria for assessment of nurse’s competency in enhancing learning of diabetesmothers receiving services at Siriraj Hospital. Statistics employed for data analysiswere the mean, standard deviation, median, inter-quartile range, reliability coefficient,and t-test.Research findings showed that 1) the developed criteria for assessment ofnurse’s competency in enhancing learning of diabetes mothers included 3 dimensions:criteria for assessment the knowledge, criteria for assessment the awareness, andcriteria for assessment the teaching, and 2) quality of the developed criteria forassessment of nurse’s competency in enhancing learning of diabetes mothers weresupported by (1) reliability coefficient of .91, and (2) when the developed criteria forassessment of nurse’s competency in enhancing learning of diabetes mothersreceiving services at Siriraj Hospital were implemented with nurses in charge ofdiabetes mothers and diabetes mothers, it was found that all dimensions were appropriate.

本研究旨在达成两大目标：（1）开发针对诗里拉吉医院（Siriraj Hospital）就诊的糖尿病产妇，护士在促进其学习方面的能力评估标准；（2）对该护士能力评估标准的质量进行验证。本研究的样本包含三类群体：1）17名专家；2）71名负责在诗里拉吉医院就诊的糖尿病产妇护理工作的护士；3）佛历2556年（即公元2013年）在诗里拉吉医院就诊的糖尿病产妇100名，采用系统抽样（systematic sampling）法选取，即按每5人抽取1人的规则直至抽满100名样本。本研究所用研究工具包括两类：1）开放式调查问卷，用于收集数据以建立糖尿病产妇护理护士的学习促进能力评估标准；2）5级评分量表（5-point rating scale）调查问卷，用于验证诗里拉吉医院糖尿病产妇护理护士的学习促进能力评估标准的适宜性。本研究用于数据分析的统计方法包括均值、标准差、中位数、四分位距（inter-quartile range）、信度系数（reliability coefficient）以及t检验（t-test）。本研究结果显示：1）所开发的糖尿病产妇护理护士学习促进能力评估标准包含3个维度，分别为知识维度能力评估标准、认知维度能力评估标准以及教学维度能力评估标准；2）该评估标准的质量验证结果如下：（1）信度系数为0.913；（2）将该评估标准的3个维度应用于糖尿病产妇护理护士及糖尿病产妇群体时，所有维度均表现出良好的适宜性。
