16S rRNA gene profiling of preterm infants

Amplicon sequencing was used to profile faeces samples from preterm infants. Preterm infants included in this study received a probiotic supplementation from birth until 34 week gestational age.

本研究采用扩增子测序（Amplicon sequencing）技术，对早产儿的粪便样本进行微生物组谱分析。本研究纳入的早产儿自出生至胎龄34周期间，均接受了益生菌补充。
