由中国科学院海洋大科学研究中心共建单位中科院大气所成里京研究员牵头研制的全球海洋盐度数据集，主要基于XBT、CTD、Argo、MBT等现场观测数据，利用XBT数据偏差订正方案（CH14）、新格点化方案（基于动力集合样本的集合最优差值方法EnOI-DE）、“重采样测试”评估方案等技术研制，有效克服了目前主流方案的主要问题。
This global ocean salinity dataset was led by Researcher Lijing Cheng from the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IAP/CAS, a co-developing institution of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Ocean Mega-Science Center). It is primarily based on in-situ observational data including XBT, CTD, Argo, MBT and other types. The dataset utilizes technologies such as the XBT data bias correction scheme (CH14), a novel gridding scheme (Ensemble Optimal Interpolation based on dynamic ensemble samples, EnOI-DE), and the "resampling test" evaluation framework, effectively addressing the main limitations of current mainstream schemes.
