Spineless cactus silage fermentation and aerobic stability

This project aimed to characterize the microbial dynamics during spineless cactus silage (Opuntia ficus-indica) fermentation as well as during the aerobic stability using the 16S rRNA marker gene sequencing to improve the silage making of non conventional crops in semi-arid regions.

本研究旨在借助16S rRNA标记基因测序（16S rRNA marker gene sequencing）技术，解析无刺仙人掌（梨果仙人掌，*Opuntia ficus-indica*）青贮发酵过程及好氧稳定阶段的微生物群落动态，进而优化半干旱地区非常规作物的青贮制作流程。
