Dataset for: Evaluation of Native Potatoes in Inyaya - Ayacucho, 2003

Forty-four varieties of native potatoes were analyzed in the locality of Inyaya Alto in the Huancavelica region. The design used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 3 replications, and micronutrients and vitamin C were analyzed under laboratory conditions.
