利用紫胶钠盐对白藜芦醇进行包埋，喷雾干燥技术制备微胶囊，单因素和响应面设计优化并获得了微胶囊的制备工艺，利用SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC等分析微胶囊的理化性质，测定了微胶囊体外释放性能
Resveratrol was encapsulated using sodium shellac, and microcapsules were prepared via spray drying technology. Single-factor experiments and response surface methodology were adopted to optimize and obtain the optimal preparation process for the microcapsules. The physicochemical properties of the microcapsules were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, TG-DSC and other analytical techniques, and their in vitro release performance was determined.
