Rwanda - Micro-Enterprise Survey 2006

This research of private non-agricultural firms with less than five employees was conducted in Rwanda between November and December 2006, at the same time with 2006 Rwanda Enterprise Survey. Data from 128 establishments were analyzed. Micro-Enterprise Survey topics include firm characteristics, gender participation, access to finance, annual sales, costs of inputs/labor, workforce composition, bribery, licensing, infrastructure, trade, crime, competition, capacity utilization, land and permits, taxation, informality, business-government relations, innovation and technology, and performance measures. The questionnaire also assesses the respondents' opinions on what are the obstacles to firm growth and performance.

本研究针对雇员规模不足5人的私营非农业企业，于2006年11月至12月在卢旺达境内开展，与2006年卢旺达企业调查（2006 Rwanda Enterprise Survey）同期进行。研究共分析了128家经营机构的有效数据。本次微型企业调查的调研议题涵盖企业特征、性别参与情况、融资渠道、年度销售额、投入品与劳动力成本、员工构成、贿赂行为、许可资质、基础设施、贸易活动、犯罪问题、竞争态势、产能利用率、土地与许可事项、税收征管、非正规经营、政企关系、创新与技术，以及经营绩效指标。此外，问卷还评估了受访者对于制约企业成长与经营绩效的各类阻碍因素的看法。
