针对翅发育阶段的三组组间比较（LL vs. EP、EP vs. PO、PO vs. LM），从AMIGO2数据库中鉴定得到的差异表达基因（错误发现率（False Discovery Rate，FDR）p值<0.05）被注释为色素相关基因。本数据集为每个重叠群（contig）提供了折叠变化、FDR p值、每百万映射reads每千碱基reads数（Reads Per Kilobase per Million mapped reads，RPKM）以及基因名称信息。其中上调基因以粉色高亮标注，下调基因以绿色高亮标注。该数据集文件格式为XLSX，大小为84 KB。
