The actual contents of Al and Yb in the samples were similar to the theoretical values, while the contents of P were slightly lower than the theoretical values due to the volatilization of P during the high temperature sintering process. The absorption spectra were measured by a PerkinElmer Lambda 950 spectrophotometer with the wavelength range of 190-1200 nm and a scan step of 1 nm. The fluorescence spectra were measured by a FLS920 fluorescence spectrometer with a xenon lamp at 896 nm as the excitation source and a scan step of 1 nm. The extra-red absorption spectra of the glass samples were measured by a Nicolet 6700 Fourier spectrometer. The Raman spectra were measured by a Horiba LabRAM HREvolution Raman spectrometer with a wavelength range of 200~1500 cm-1 and an excitation wavelength of 633 nm. The 2D-HYSCORE spectra of the samples were measured with a Swiss Bruker E580 pulsed EPR detector at 4K.

样品中铝(Al)和镱(Yb)的实测含量与理论值基本一致,而磷(P)的含量因高温烧结过程中磷的挥发,略低于理论值。吸收光谱采用珀金埃尔默(PerkinElmer)Lambda 950分光光度计测试,测试波长范围为190~1200 nm,扫描步长为1 nm。荧光光谱采用FLS920荧光光谱仪测试,以波长896 nm的氙灯作为激发光源,扫描步长为1 nm。玻璃样品的红外吸收光谱采用Nicolet 6700傅里叶变换光谱仪测试。拉曼光谱采用Horiba LabRAM HR Evolution拉曼光谱仪测试,测试波数范围为200~1500 cm⁻¹,激发波长为633 nm。样品的二维超精细相关电子顺磁共振(2D-HYSCORE)光谱采用瑞士布鲁克(Bruker)E580脉冲电子顺磁共振(EPR)探测器在4K低温条件下完成测试。
