本数据集针对从1-2只个体动物脾脏中分离得到的Foxp3和YFP双阳性（Foxp3+YFP+）踝蛋白敲除（talin KO）调节性T细胞（Treg cells），与同基因型Foxp3和YFP双阳性野生型调节性T细胞开展RNA测序比较分析。实验中通过流式细胞术（flow cytometry）分选出Foxp3和YFP双阳性调节性T细胞，并为1-2只动物的样本制备了RNA测序文库。
