本研究通过Affymetrix HG U133plus2.0基因芯片对低传代胰腺癌相关成纤维细胞（Cancer-associated Fibroblasts, CAFs）的基因表达水平进行检测。我们利用该芯片数据提取人胰腺癌相关成纤维细胞中的G蛋白偶联受体（G protein-coupled receptor, GPCR）表达谱，并将其与RNA-seq及Taqman GPCR芯片所得的对应数据进行对比。本研究的检测样本为2例来自胰腺导管腺癌（Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma, PDAC）患者的低传代胰腺癌相关成纤维细胞生物学重复样本，均通过组学方法完成检测。
