织构化表面对45钢摩擦磨损性能的影响

通过建立高度匹配的摩擦有限元模型,分析了滑动过程中织构表面应力场和温度场的变化. 利用激光技术在45钢表面制备了圆形、三角形和正方形三种表面织构,采用HT-1000型摩擦磨损试验机研究了织构形貌对摩擦磨损的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜分析磨痕形貌. 仿真结果表明:在织构边缘处会产生应力集中现象,织构化表面具有较好的散热能力,三角形织构表面具有最低的应力及最好的散热效果. 试验结果表明:织构化表面的摩擦学性能要优于光滑表面,其中三角形织构具有最好的减摩特性.

A highly matched friction finite element model was established to analyze the variations of stress field and temperature field on textured surfaces during sliding. Three types of surface textures, namely circular, triangular and square, were fabricated on 45 steel surfaces via laser technology. The influence of texture morphology on friction and wear was studied using an HT-1000 friction and wear tester, and the wear scar morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The simulation results show that stress concentration occurs at the edges of the textures, textured surfaces exhibit better heat dissipation capability, and the triangular textured surface has the lowest stress and the best heat dissipation effect. The experimental results demonstrate that the tribological performance of textured surfaces is superior to that of smooth surfaces, and the triangular texture has the best friction-reducing properties.
