广东质检院绝缘电阻测试仪校准数据集

本数据集基于广东产品质量监督检验研究院在日常检测工作中使用多品牌绝缘电阻测试仪所产生的历次校准原始数据，经过系统性清洗、时间序列对齐与性能指标标准化等加工处理，计算生成“计量结果误差”“计量机构不确定度”等具有分析价值的智力字段，可应用于构建仪器设备预测性维护模型、评估不同品牌型号的长期稳定性与实际使用寿命，并为新设备采购中的品牌优选与技术选型提供数据驱动的实证决策支持。

This dataset is developed from the original calibration data generated in routine testing work by the Guangdong Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection, which used multiple brands of insulation resistance testers for successive calibration operations. After systematic data cleaning, time series alignment, performance index standardization and other preprocessing steps, it calculates and generates analytically valuable derived features including "measurement result error" and "measurement uncertainty of the calibration institution". It can be applied to construct predictive maintenance models for instruments and equipment, evaluate the long-term stability and actual service life of various brands and models, and provide data-driven empirical decision support for brand selection and technical option determination in new equipment procurement.
