High-resolution mapping of copy-number alterations with massively parallel sequencing

Human breast ductal carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma cell lines were obtained from the American Type Culture Collection (CRL-2339, CRL-2338, CRL-2362, CRL-2321, CRL-5942, CRL-5970) Determining copy number variations in cell lines using Solexa sequencing. Massively parallel sequence data were obtained from three tumor cell lines (HCC1954, HCC1143 and NCI-H2347) and their matched normal cell lines.

人乳腺导管癌细胞系和肺腺癌细胞系购自美国典型培养物保藏中心（American Type Culture Collection，CRL-2339、CRL-2338、CRL-2362、CRL-2321、CRL-5942、CRL-5970）。采用Solexa测序技术测定细胞系中的拷贝数变异（copy number variations）。从3株肿瘤细胞系（HCC1954、HCC1143和NCI-H2347）及其匹配的正常细胞系中获取大规模平行测序数据。
