CTCF mutation at R567 affects mouse heart development via 3D genome rearrangement and transcription dysregulation [RNA-seq]

In this study, we analyzed gene expression change in heart tissues from wild-type, Ctcf heterozygous and homozygous mutant mice by using RNA-seq. Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for wild-type, Ctcf heterozygous and Ctcf homozygous mutant samples.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，分析了野生型、Ctcf杂合突变及纯合突变小鼠的心脏组织基因表达变化；同时针对野生型、Ctcf杂合突变与Ctcf纯合突变样本的RNA-seq数据开展了比较基因表达分析。
