In this study, we generated wildtype H9 hESC derived cardiomyocytes (CM) and neural stem cells (NSC) by in vitro differentiation. Global gene expression profiles were compared among undifferentiated H9 hESC and the derived CM and NSC. Overall design: Comparison of global gene expression profiles of undifferentiated H9 hESC and the derived CM and NSC populations.

本研究通过体外分化(in vitro differentiation),获得了野生型H9人胚胎干细胞(human embryonic stem cell, hESC)来源的心肌细胞(cardiomyocytes, CM)与神经干细胞(neural stem cells, NSC)。我们对未分化的H9人胚胎干细胞及其分化得到的心肌细胞、神经干细胞的全基因表达谱(global gene expression profiles)进行了比较分析。实验整体设计:对未分化H9人胚胎干细胞及其分化得到的心肌细胞、神经干细胞群体的全基因表达谱进行比较分析。
