Genome-wide maps of YAP target chromatin loci in mouse pluripotent stem cells

ChIP-seqs were performed to detect YAP direct target genes in mouse embryonic stem cells. Chromatin immunoprecipitated with an anti-YAP antibody and relative input samples. Biological duplicates, run in quadruplicate.

本研究通过染色质免疫沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验，检测小鼠胚胎干细胞中YAP（Yes相关蛋白）的直接靶基因。实验采用抗YAP抗体进行染色质免疫沉淀，并设置相应的输入对照样本；实验包含2次生物学重复，且每个生物学重复均开展4次平行技术重复。
