Population Forecasts

The BTS is the primary source of forecasts of population and dwellings at the small area (travel zone) level for the Sydney Greater Metropolitan Area. This area includes the Sydney Greater Capital City Statistical Area, and the Illawarra and Hunter regions. There are 2,949 travel zones in the Sydney GMA.\r\n\r\nThe latest September 2014 Release Population Forecasts provide forecasts at travel zone level for the following variables:\r\n\r\n* Population (Estimated Resident Population) by 5-year Age categories by Sex\r\n\r\n* Occupied Private Dwellings (Households)\r\n\r\n* Population in Occupied Private Dwellings\r\n\r\n* Population in Non-Private Dwellings\r\n\r\nThe forecasts in this release are five-yearly, from 2011 to 2041.

BTS是悉尼大都市区（Sydney Greater Metropolitan Area，简称悉尼GMA）小区域（出行区，travel zone）层面人口与住宅预测的主要来源。该区域包括悉尼大首都城市统计区（Sydney Greater Capital City Statistical Area）、伊拉瓦拉地区及亨特地区。悉尼大都市区共设有2949个出行区。

最新的2014年9月版人口预测（September 2014 Release Population Forecasts）在出行区层面提供了以下变量的预测：

* 按性别划分的5年年龄组人口（估计常住人口，Estimated Resident Population）

* 已占用私人住宅（家庭户）

* 已占用私人住宅中的人口

* 非私人住宅中的人口

本版预测为五年期预测，时间跨度为2011年至2041年。
