Tissue model treated with antibodies from healthy subjects (n=3). b. Tissue model treated with antibodies from subjects with lupus but not myocarditis (n=3) c. 本研究为RNA测序(RNASeq)分析,旨在探究由心肌细胞与肌成纤维细胞(myofibroblast)构成的人类心脏组织模型对狼疮抗体的应答特征。 研究设计概况如下: a. 采用健康受试者的抗体处理心脏组织模型(n=3)。 b. 采用患有狼疮但未合并心肌炎的受试者的抗体处理心脏组织模型(n=3)。 c. 采用患有狼疮合并心肌炎且左心室射血分数保留的受试者的抗体处理心脏组织模型(n=4)。 d. 采用患有狼疮合并心肌炎且左心室射血分数降低的受试者的抗体处理心脏组织模型(n=4)。
