We conducted a two-year detritus inputs and removal treatment (DIRT) experiment in subalpine coniferous (Pinus yunnanensis) and broad-leaved (Quercus pannosa) forests in Southwest China. And we evaluated the impacts of litter addition (i.e., double litter, no roots with double litter) and removal (i.e., no litter, no roots, and no litter and no roots) on NAG and LAP activities and their key drivers in both topsoil (0-10 cm) and subsoil (10-30 cm) by comparing with the control.
本研究在中国西南地区的亚高山针叶林(云南松 Pinus yunnanensis)与阔叶林(帽斗栎 Quercus pannosa)中开展了为期两年的枯落物输入与移除操控(detritus inputs and removal treatment, DIRT)试验。本研究以对照组为参照,设置枯落物添加(即双倍枯落物、双倍枯落物且去除细根)与枯落物移除(即无枯落物、无细根、无枯落物且无细根)处理,探究其对表层土壤(0~10 cm)与亚表层土壤(10~30 cm)中N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)与亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)活性及其关键调控因子的影响。
