This dataset includes experimental data, images, and supplementary materials for six Impatiens species, covering sample collection locations, morphological traits, pollen micromorphology, and habitat maps. Chloroplast genome data for 18-25 species (from NCBI) are provided for phylogenetic analyses, including genome structures, gene lists, GC content, codon usage, nucleotide diversity (Pi), and SSR/INE distributions across LSC, SSC, and IR regions. Statistical plots of morphological traits and SEM images of pollen are included, along with phylogenetic trees (ML and BI) integrating morphological and pollen traits. The dataset supports morphological, palynological, genomic, and evolutionary studies.
