This project was bulk RNAseq on naïve oral mucosa biospys in three different mouse lines (B6, Tac111, Tac146), attempting to idenitfy differences between each cell line. Samples were prepared using illumia truseq protocols and sequenced on a NovoSeq SP. Overall design: bulk RNA sequencing comparison of 3 mouse strains to identify differences between strains.

本项目针对3种不同小鼠品系（B6、Tac111、Tac146）的未经处理口腔黏膜活检样本开展批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq），旨在鉴定各品系间的基因表达差异。样本采用Illumina TruSeq建库流程制备，并于NovaSeq SP测序平台完成测序。整体实验设计：对3种小鼠品系开展批量RNA测序对比，以明确不同品系间的基因表达差异。
