This highway traffic video dataset is provided by City University of Hong Kong. After decompression, its total size is 88 MB, and Baidu Netdisk download is recommended. The dataset consists of 254 surveillance video clips from the same road section, which are split into training and test sets.
The dataset's annotation file contains key information including file name, date, timestamp, driving direction, weather condition, starting frame number, total frame count, congestion level and remarks.
The weather conditions are categorized into three types: overcast (gray sky), sunny (clear day), and rainy (rainy day).
The congestion levels are divided into three grades: mild (light congestion), moderate (moderate congestion), and severe (heavy congestion).
