This Digital Chain Group Dataset for Pollution Discharge Permits in the Waste Resource Processing Industry is a collection of simulated filling documents developed in compliance with the Technical Specifications for Pollution Discharge Permits applicable to the waste resource processing industry. It comprises two subsets: datasets of correctly and incorrectly simulated filling records for the waste resource processing industry. The dataset primarily covers documents including basic information, production units, names of production facilities, process names, names of pollution-generating links, and permitted emission limits for production lines. After data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is used for training intelligent algorithm models, which can quickly identify erroneous segments in users' filling submissions. For the correct version of the filling records, the recognition target is achieved only when zero errors are detected. The work efficiency is improved by 1000% to 1500% compared with manual work. It can also serve as standard filling templates as supplementary documents to national regulations. This dataset is applied in the "Intelligent Information Management System for Pollution Discharge Permits" and the "Comprehensive Digital Environmental Management System for Enterprises", greatly enhancing the efficiency and quality of the pollution discharge permit issuance work of the Ecological Environment Bureau, as well as improving the execution quality and filling efficiency of enterprises' pollution discharge permits.
