RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

针对常见细菌致病菌在添加多种抗生素与未添加抗生素条件下的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。本研究选取两株抗生素敏感分离株与两株抗生素耐药分离株，在实验室培养体系中对其施加抗生素处理，随后于多个时间点从添加与未添加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）文库以用于Illumina测序。
