面向激光晶片材料与器件的重大战略需求;
基于种子电流上电控制模块、光谱仪、示波器、自相关仪、光功率计等,评估振荡器的输出稳定状态及输出指标参数。主要内容包括振荡器的输出光谱中心波长、光谱带宽、脉冲稳定状态、脉冲重复频率、脉冲宽度、激光功率等。
振荡器的光纤输出端输出激光脉冲,用光纤跳线头将激光信号引入光谱仪进行光谱中心波长及光谱带宽测量;将光纤跳线头输出的激光信号插入自相关仪进行脉冲宽度测量;将光纤跳线头输出的激光信号照射到光电二极管产生电脉冲信号并接入示波器进行激光重复频率测量及脉冲峰值稳定性测量;将光纤跳线头输出的激光信号对准光功率计的硅靶面进行激光功率大小及激光的长时间稳定性测试。

To address the critical strategic requirements for laser wafer materials and devices.
Based on equipment including a seed current power-on control module, spectrometer, oscilloscope, autocorrelator and optical power meter, this dataset evaluates the output stability and performance parameters of the oscillator. The core measurement contents cover the oscillator's output spectral center wavelength, spectral bandwidth, pulse stability, pulse repetition frequency, pulse width, laser power and other indicators.
The fiber output port of the oscillator outputs laser pulses. The laser signal is guided into the spectrometer via a fiber optic jumper to measure the spectral center wavelength and spectral bandwidth; the laser signal output from the fiber optic jumper is connected to the autocorrelator to measure the pulse width; the laser signal from the fiber optic jumper is irradiated onto a photodiode to generate electrical pulse signals, which are then connected to the oscilloscope to measure the laser repetition frequency and pulse peak stability; the laser signal from the fiber optic jumper is aligned to the silicon target surface of the optical power meter to test the laser power level and long-term stability of the laser.
