为探究呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory Syncytial Virus, RSV)感染过程中的RNA表达变化,我们对模拟感染对照(Mock)与RSV感染的A549细胞进行了总RNA测序(total RNA-seq)。此外,我们通过AGO2免疫沉淀(AGO2 immunoprecipitation)实验,并对模拟感染对照和RSV感染的A549细胞中AGO2结合的RNA开展总RNA测序,以此研究RNA与AGO2的结合关联。整体实验设计:取自RSV感染或模拟感染处理的A549细胞的RNA测序数据。
