The goal of the study is to assess impact of human activities on water quality of a peri-urban river. To do so, MST markers and meta-taxonogenomic were used to highlight microbial contaminant dynamic in surface water, benthic and hyprorheic sediment.
本研究旨在评估人类活动对城郊河流水质的影响。为此,研究采用微生物源追踪(Microbial Source Tracking, MST)标记物与宏分类基因组学(meta-taxonogenomic)技术,以揭示地表水、底栖沉积物及渗流区沉积物中微生物污染物的动态变化特征。
