双极板性能及耐久数据集依托新能源汽车专项 “乘用车用高功率密度燃料电池电堆及发动机技术” 项目,面向燃料电池双极板研发、性能检测与耐久性评估等研究需求,为钛极板工艺优化、电堆性能提升提供关键实测数据支撑,是燃料电池电堆核心部件研发的重要数据参考。 数据由课题参与单位委托第三方或采用自有设备,测试时间覆盖 2024 年 1 月 - 2025 年 6 月,通过测厚仪、高度测量仪、电化学测试设备等专业仪器,按专属方法测定钛极板五大核心指标,经数据计算、拟合分析得到性能结论。 原始数据为实验记录,同时包含数据对应分析及结论。数据集完全共享,可通过 Word、Excel 等软件打开使用。

The bipolar plate performance and durability dataset is developed under the national new energy vehicle special project titled "High Power Density Fuel Cell Stack and Engine Technology for Passenger Vehicles". It addresses research requirements such as fuel cell bipolar plate R&D, performance testing and durability assessment, offering critical measured data support for titanium bipolar plate process optimization and fuel cell stack performance enhancement, and acts as an important data reference for the R&D of core components of fuel cell stacks. The data was collected either by third-party institutions commissioned by the project's participating entities or using in-house experimental equipment. The testing timeframe spans from January 2024 to June 2025. Five core indicators of titanium bipolar plates were measured using professional instruments including thickness gauges, height measuring devices and electrochemical testing equipment, following a proprietary experimental method. Performance-related conclusions were derived via data computation and fitting analysis. The raw dataset consists of experimental records, along with corresponding data analysis results and final conclusions. The entire dataset is fully shared and can be opened and used with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
